Out of the blue

Maybe he had his doubts and mistrusts before he took a good look at the sky. It is that one good look; and finally his belief was restored. One little peek behind the curtain revealed what he had been ignoring all along. One touch of a friendly hand melted his glacier of denial as the tip of the iceberg became rounded; and therefore made it easy for him to glide through.
Now that he finally regained his sense of belief, the healing process kicked-in. The wound that bled for so long; finally dried up and a hard yet protective tissue formed on the surface. The pain of the past sank to the bottom part of his heart where blood droplets care less to reach. The heaviness of not caring finally dispersed. Suddenly, a yearning for affection and warmth enveloped his whole being; a deep desire for belonging enfolded him complete entirety.

What a relief, hence he did not just exhale but he sighed intensely as he recollected his power. He quickly acknowledged that this is just the first step towards bliss, harmony and peace. As soon as he gave himself room and permission to move on, he realised that there was nothing in his way; there never was - except him SELF. He boldly took several strides forward as he looked at the sky, but instead of observing the blue ceiling, he saw the glitter and sparkle that filled the heavens. Out of the blue, a limitless number of floating bubbles in the atmosphere appeared and presented him with a gift: a gift of life - one that he had long forgotten about.

He fully reached out for the stars.

Maybe he once lacked trust and faith but not anymore; and all it took is just one good look at the sky.

Talk about therapeutic encounters . . . !
